Each of these centers offers affordable, high-quality primary care, cardiology, and wellness services, plus access to social activities and senior-care specialists trained to help meet the complex medical and social needs of senior citizens.
Why Now
As a startup, Sage Health needed a solid technical foundation in order to hit their rapid growth goals. They needed a scalable HIPAA-compliant patient acquisition and admissions process that also accurately calculated commissions for new sales team. With Salesforce and Wise Wolves, the Sage Health team went from tracking in Excel spreadsheets to tracking patient engagement over time by sales rep.
The Project

As a startup of under 50 employees, Sage Health knew that reaching their lofty growth goals – going from no in-person clinics to 15 in two years – would require partner support. Danielle Pratola, Sage Health’s Director of Sales Operations and Salesforce, was operating as a team of one and the only Salesforce admin at the company. She needed a partner who could quickly allocate resources to configure Salesforce and its features – a tall order for only one person.

The Red Moment
Wise Wolves stood up Salesforce Sales Cloud while production stalled on the AthenaOne integration. Wise Wolves ultimately took over the AthenaOne integration project once Sage Health saw how well they implemented Sales Cloud, putting together a plan that integrated the AthenaOne developer to ensure coordinated development.

The Ribbon Cutting Moment
The initial Salesforce Sales Cloud go-live went smoothly. Post implementation, the Sage Health and Wise Wolves teams waited eight weeks to optimize the buildout, then rolled it out to their new sales team. With Wise Wolves by their side, the Operations team was able to quickly scale and release bidirectional features between Salesforce and AthenaOne, like patient syncing and pulling patient status and appointments into Salesforce.
